“The wait is over, and [the JoCo Cruise 2016 Merchandise store is open for business](https://jococruise.com/merch/shop/)! We had an incredible amount of fun coming up with this year’s designs, and are excited to unleash them: t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts (because yes, it can sometimes be a bit windy and chilly on deck at night), beach towels, pins, challenge coins, and more. (Note you will be asked to log into your JoCo Cruise User Account if you are not already logged in).
Completely new for 2016: an Official™ JoCo Cruise 2016 Photo Book, a sort of yearbook (weekbook?) that will capture the shows, hangouts, destinations, and general tomfoolery through vivid images and (probably) flip captions. Pics will be harvested all cruise long by the ShutterMonkey(Δ)s (led by BatSteve). All profits from sales of the Photo Book will go to Pat Rothfuss' [Worldbuilders](http://www.worldbuilders.org/) charity, with shipping costs and services provided by our friends at [Blackbox](http://www.blackbox.cool/). Emojis are now the same thing as words, at least according to the Oxford Dictionaries, so celebrate this new linguistic development with the JoCo Cruise Emoji Shirt and the JoCo Cruise Emoji Bucket Hat.
These clothing items use symbols to communicate the feeling of being on the cruise, just like real language. (Like any other kind of language, emojis can also be easily misinterpreted. Does the sun emoji mean “I love sunshine,” or “I am getting badly sunburned?” It depends on whether you add the sunscreen emoji, I think.)
There are a number of other great JCC merch options, including that cruise sweatshirt you might have seen our Helper Monkeys wear last year, a Three Monkey Moon T-shirt, and a set of JCC-themed dice.
You’re also going to want to pay attention to the JoCo Cruise 2016 Photo Book, which is not only cool because it will contain photos from the upcoming JoCo Cruise (possibly featuring YOU), but is also cool because all of the profits are going to the Worldbuilders charity, founded by JCC Featured Guest Patrick Rothfuss.
